Wednesday Calm Yoga with Rachel from Shine Om Yoga Studio

We will stretch, breathe and create space in our minds and bodies with a 30-minute yin style session just for you. You can learn more about Yin yoga here:

Please practice in a space that allows you to move safely. You can use a mat, towel or blanket to practice on and use pillows, cushions, blankets or books for props. Find out more about props for use during calm yoga here: 
You will need as many pillows and blankets as possible to allow you to feel warm, comfortable and rested. 

 Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. You are welcome to leave your camera on, or off - whatever you are most comfortable with.
