6 years ago, a small 34-week, premmie baby was placed upon my chest, and my entire world became both whole and complete a mess in one moment.

It wasn’t until after a 4 week NICU journey, and many months of settling in to our new ‘normal’ that I sat down with an incredible friend that I had met through a mums group and admitted that something didn’t feel right.

Those were my first steps… and now the Perinatal Wellbeing Centre allows me to help parents take theirs too.
