Perinatal Wellbeing Centre programs are designed to provide the support you need at every stage, and our team of Perinatal Mental Health Workers can work with you to tailor your own pathway through our services.
Registered clients can access phone support and attend support groups, playgroup and family friendly workshops. Contact our team of perinatal mental health workers on 6288 1936 between 9am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The partners of clients of Perinatal Wellbeing Centre can speak to a perinatal mental health worker about how best to support their loved one, or attend an information session to learn about the effects of perinatal depression and anxiety, and explore additional support options. Read more
