Latest News Perinatal Mental Health Week 2025 Perinatal Mental Health Week 2025 (23–29 November) is centred on the powerful theme: “What you need, when you need it.” This theme reflects our shared belief that timely, tailored support can make all the difference for parents across Australia. This week is about meeting parents where they are. For some, it may be finding clarity and guidance on the path ahead. For others, it’s knowing that help is here for you right now. Perinatal Mental Health Week shines a light on the challenges parents may face during pregnancy and early parenthood. It is a time to share resources, open pathways to support, and reduce the stigma surrounding perinatal mental health. This year, 67 organisations have come together to ensure that parents are seen, heard, and able to access timely, compassionate, and coordinated care. Join us this week in raising awareness about perinatal mental health. You can find resources and ways to get involved by visiting www.pmhweek.org.au.
